Shipping & Returns

Order Processing 

• All orders placed through our website are processed within 1–2 business days. 

• Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. 

• If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. In such cases, you will be notified via email. 

 

Shipping Rates & Delivery 

• Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and depend on your location. 

• Estimated delivery times: 

• Within South Africa: 3–5 business days 

 

Tracking Your Order 

• Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. 

• Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking link to become active. 

 

Shipping Restrictions 

• We only ship to addresses that can accept parcel deliveries (no P.O. Boxes). 

• It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate shipping details. We are not responsible for delays or lost parcels due to incorrect addresses. 

 

Return & Refund Policy 

Because our products are personal care items, for health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once the product has been opened or used. 

Returns Eligibility 

We only accept returns if: 

• The product arrived damaged, 

• The product was incorrect (wrong item shipped), or 

• The product was defective upon arrival. 

In such cases: 

• You must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order by emailing info@deadseasecrets.co.za with your order number, photos, and a description of the issue. 

• If approved, we will provide instructions for the return or replacement. 

 

Refunds 

• Approved refunds will be issued to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. 

• Shipping fees are non-refundable.
